US 4/3.5mm circular needles at least 29“/74cm long and same size double pointed needles, if desired, for working sleeves or size needed to obtain gauge!
US 5/3.75mm and US 6/4mm needles to work collar If you ended up going with a different sized needle to obtain gauge, please use next two sizes up for collar portion.
